BRIDGEPORT, CT- The Bridgeport Purple Knights took a win at home over the Temple Owls and Southern Owls thursday night on the sound. UB posted a 192.975, Temple a 188.350, and SCSU a 187.125. Bridgeport’s Melissa Doucette took 9.875 on Vault, Lissette La Fex had a 9.8 on Bars, and Sasha Tsikhanovich scored a 9.825 to win Floor. Temple’s Reagan Oliveri’s 9.7 kept UB from sweeping all four events. Doucette’s 38.65 edged La Fex’s 38.525 to win the all around.

Kamri Riles flipped to a 9.75 on Floor, and Amber Hill earned a 9.7 on the Bars to add to UB’s top scoring. Southern’s Jennifer Rochefort posted a team high 9.725 on the Uneven Bars, and Brianna Ecklof led the team on Floor scoring a 9.7.
